3. I understand that trading and investing in financial markets involve substantial financial risk. No profit, income, return, capital protection, accuracy, success rate, trading performance or recovery of losses is guaranteed.
4. All trading and investment decisions are solely my own responsibility. I alone shall bear every profit, loss, brokerage charge, tax liability and other financial consequence arising from my trading activities.
5. Lakshita Trading Academy gives no guarantee, warranty or assurance of profit, return, successful trading result or recovery of any loss.
6. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. Once payment is successfully processed and service activation has been initiated, there will be NO REFUND, NO RETURN, NO CANCELLATION and NO REVERSAL, subject to applicable law.
7. I understand that I must not initiate an improper or fraudulent chargeback after voluntarily purchasing and receiving access to the selected service. Nothing in this declaration removes any statutory right that cannot legally be excluded.
8. I confirm that I am making this payment voluntarily, using my own free will, without pressure, coercion, false promise, guaranteed-return representation or misrepresentation.
9. I authorize Lakshita Trading Academy to securely record my name, mobile number, email address, selected plan, IP address, date, time and this electronic acknowledgement for verification and service-activation purposes.
10. By selecting the checkbox and clicking “Acknowledge & Proceed to Payment”, I confirm that I have read, understood and voluntarily accepted this declaration. My electronic acknowledgement may be retained as evidence of my consent.
